Outbound Sales Representative
Position Description:
SafeB4Sorry, is looking for an enthusiastic and results driven individual to work in on our Individual Health Plan Division - Outbound Sales Team
As a key member our outbound sales group the ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:
Make a set number of targeted outbound telephone prospecting/sales calls to existing/former customers.
Generate and follow-up on leads through phone calls and emails.
Qualify opportunities by understanding customer needs.
Overcome competitive sales objections/position product against competition and customer needs.
Meets and exceeds sales goals.
Work towards revenue growth and market development for eHealth Insurance.
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
Experience in outbound calling in the Life Insuranceindustry.
Motivation for telephone sales and account management.
Exceptional closing skills, telephone and written communication skills.
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with customer base by demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in the use of Windows and Microsoft software programs.
Proficiency in 1 or more contact management software programs.
Strong organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to focus
Strong, professional oral/written communication and negotiation skills.
Solid organizational and priority management skills, particularly in a dynamic work environment.
Strong attention to detail in oral and written communications.
Hard working and focused.
High level of initiative.
Self-starter with strong resilience and lo call reluctance.
Ability to work in faced paced, team environment.
Must possess GA Life Agent License, BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or related field of study. High School Diploma required.
